Baseball Season is Here!
The high school season will begin with its first practices on January 21. The lights are presently going up and should be in place by the season. Quite a few players will be missing due to their participation in basketball and soccer, but we will make due with our low numbers. The varsity team will again be coached by Tom Alden (13th year) and assisted by Robert Templin (2nd year). The new JV coach will be Alex Fambrough. Alex graduated from Grace in 2006 and played baseball at ETBU last year. He spent the fall season with UT Tyler. Alex will be assisted by his father Cecil Fambrough. Cecil spent 8 years assisting the program as JV coach, Varsity assistant, and scorekeeper. The junior high A team will again be coached by Greg Brandenburg (3rd year). Coaching the junior high B team for the first time will be Bo Oney (JV basketball coach). The JH season will begin in early February.
